The Face Behind Inferno Escapes
Meet Sam, the Energy Behind Inferno Escapes
Hi, I’m Sam — a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert IV in Fitness) and AUSTSWIM-accredited instructor, passionate about helping people build strength, confidence and resilience through movement.
I coach across land and water — from strength sessions on the grass, to pool training and open-water swimming. I’m at my best in real environments — fresh air, water, movement and purpose.
Sessions are structured, supportive and adaptable to different abilities and goals.
Building Strength, Inside and Out
My approach is simple: train well, move well, and feel capable.
Sessions are structured, purposeful, and focused on good movement and steady progression. I break things down, repeat the essentials, and provide clear, honest coaching so you understand what you’re doing and why. Whether you’re new to training, returning after time away, or working towards a specific goal, the focus is always on building confidence alongside fitness.
Inclusive Coaching Commitment
Coaching should feel accessible and empowering.
Inferno Escapes offers land and water-based training that adapts to individuals and small groups — including NDIS participants (self- and plan-managed).
Sessions are tailored to the person, not forced into a one-size-fits-all model.
The aim is simple: help you move better, feel stronger and enjoy the process.
