These small, coached sessions focus on strength, fitness, and functional movement, with options for all levels. You’ll train in a motivating and supportive environment, receive quality coaching, and have loads of fun doing it.

Friday Gym - Swim

A 60-minute combination of outdoor functional strength and a coached swim. A supportive way
to build confidence, fitness and water skills.
