The Weekend Retreat — 5–7 February 2027. Two nights at Miramar Beach House in Seymour on Tasmania's east coast. Ocean swims, sauna, cold water, mobility, strength, delicious local produce and real rest. Numbers are small on purpose. $1,500 per person, or secure your place with a $750 deposit.
