Swim sessions are held at Clarence Aquatic Centre and in Sandy Bay. Open water sessions are also available in warmer months.
For adults, the focus is on strong foundations — better technique, improved fitness, and confidence that carries into everyday life.
Prefer a team environment? Join our weekly group sessions including outdoor HIIT, small-group swim and Gym–Swim sessions combining strength and water training.
For NDIS participants, sessions are tailored to individual goals and delivered with a focus on communication, confidence, safety skills and independence.
