What We Offer -
KEY ADULT PROGRAMS

 

A small group technique development program designed to improve freestyle efficiency, breathing, body position, timing and propulsion through structured stroke correction, video analysis and swim-specific mobility and strength work.

Includes:
• Weekly 60 minute coached session (Friday 7am, 8am Sunday 1pm or 2pm)
• Individual video feedback
• Mobility & dryland swim program
• Two weekly swim homework sessions
• Small group coaching (max 4 swimmers)

$95 per week — YMCA members save $10/week, just mention your membership when you book

Next intake starts Friday 18 & Sunday 20 September
Four spots per group — once they're gone, the next intake is late November

A supportive small-group program (1 - max 4 per session) designed for adults building confidence in the water and working toward comfortable lap swimming. Sessions focus on breathing, relaxation, body position and freestyle fundamentals in a calm, encouraging environment. With a maximum of 4 swimmers per group, coaching is highly individualised so you can progress at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed.

Wednesdays & Fridays @ Clarence Pool

$55 per week — 1 session per week, pool entry included. YMCA members: use code YMCA at checkout for $10 off

Training That Feels Like an Escape, Designed for Every Ability

Inferno Escapes offers structured, down-to-earth training for kids and adults who want calm, clear coaching and real progress.

Swim sessions are held at Clarence Aquatic Centre and in Sandy Bay. Open water sessions are also available in warmer months.

For adults, the focus is on strong foundations — better technique, improved fitness, and confidence that carries into everyday life.

Prefer a team environment? Join our weekly group sessions small-group swim and Gym–Swim sessions combining strength and water training.

For NDIS participants, sessions are tailored to individual goals and delivered with a focus on communication, confidence, safety skills and independence.

Swim Programs & Pricing – Sandy Bay & Clarence Pool

I offer calm, structured 1-on-1 swim sessions for kids and adults who benefit from low-sensory environments, clear instruction and personalised coaching.

Sessions available at Sandy Bay (private pool) and Clarence Aquatic Centre.
NDIS self- and plan-managed participants welcome.

A supportive 45-minute coached swim session designed for adults wanting structured training.

Ideal for:

• Adults wanting structured swim training
• Nervous or returning swimmers
• Triathlon and open-water fitness

Location:  Clarence Pool

Duration : 45 min

Time:  1pm, Wednesdays & 12:15pm Fridays (subject to pool availability)

Price

$30 per session (pool entry included)

$140 — 5 Session Pass (valid 6 months)

1-on-1

1 on 1 Technique & Fitness Swim

Focused swim coaching in pool or open water.

Tas Police Swim Assessments

Preparing for Tas Police or emergency service swim testing?

I offer structured assessment prep sessions covering:

  • Safe pool entry & exit

  • Float, scull and tread water

  • Survival strokes

  • Duck dive and weighted object retrieval

Sessions available at Clarence Aquatic Centre.
Assessment simulations and skill breakdown included.
